What's your shipping policy?

We offer free next day shipping on all orders over £50.

What's your returns policy?

We stand by the quality of our products - if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns for 30 days after purchase. We'll send you a pre-paid label to use so there's no cost to you. All international sales are final.

How should I care for your products?

What's your Raw color?

Pure and very, very soft, undyed cotton. You will see specs of natural material like tiny bits of seed, left over from the production process.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Our gift boxes are made to be re-usable and are manufactured with recycled card. We use varnish, not laminate (laminating covers the board in polypropylene which is hard to recycle). They are produced in a SA8000 certified factory to ensure fair treatment of workers. Our beautiful fabric pouches the sheets arrive in are made from cut-offs at the factory to ensure nothing is wasted.

What are the benefits of organic cotton?

Do your sheets wrinkle?

Our sateen weave creases less than other types of weave, but some creasing is natural. Since our cotton is organic, we don’t add harsh anti-wrinkle chemicals.


If you use a dryer we recommend taking the sheets out 5 mins before the end of the cycle and hanging or laying out them flat for best results.

Product was good, but....

HI, The pillowcases looked nice when I receieved them, but I haven't used them yet TBH. My issue was the amount of packaging. Now I realise your trying to make it an event to receive the goods and the packaging is lovely, but such a waste, especially for two pillowcases that would have fit into an envelope. I think people in todays more aware times, would understand you not going all out on the packaging. You would save yourself a lot of money by reducing it and could maybe pass some of the saving on to the customer with maybe a little slip explaining why the packaging is more basic. I have ordered from other online outlets and they all send their stuff in basic packaging, ultimately it's the product that matters to most people. Just a thought, would it be possible maybe to give the option of basic packaging at the checkout and if the customer chooses basic wrapping, donate the saving to a worthy charity or cause? I wish your business all the best in these hard times.
